HTL Athletics is a 28,000 square foot indoor baseball and softball facility designed to serve as an unbiased community hub for athletes of all levels. From age 9 through college, our doors are open to every coach, every organization, and every athlete looking for a world-class training environment.
We are not affiliated with any single organization or coaching philosophy. HTL Athletics exists to provide the best facility, the best environment, and the best opportunity for every athlete who walks through our doors. Vantage Athletics is a dedicated skill acquisition company operating inside HTL Athletics. While HTL serves as the community hub, Vantage focuses exclusively on individual athlete development through structured, coach-driven training programs.
Each program is led by a dedicated head coach specializing in their discipline. From pitching mechanics to hitting development to velocity training, Vantage provides the focused, professional coaching that serious athletes need to reach the next level. Programs span baseball and softball, serving high school, youth, and college athletes.

Derrick Spivey
Over a decade of experience developing training methodologies across baseball, softball, and football. Self-taught software developer and AI infrastructure builder. The common thread across every entity — Alpha Co Capital, PSI, Athletes Edge, MarketingX, HTL Athletics, and Vantage Athletics.
Ross Stripling
Former Major League Baseball pitcher with instant credibility in the athletic community. His media presence and professional athlete network create a distribution channel that cannot be purchased. Co-founder of Alpha Co Capital and confirmed owner of Athletes Edge.
Kristie Keever
Over 20 years of brand strategy experience spanning 800+ niches and 40 countries. Partner at the Alpha Co Capital holdings level and lead of MarketingX. The driving force behind the June 1st launch strategy for HTL Athletics and Vantage Athletics.
Bryce Dehn
Main operational partner for HTL Athletics and Vantage Athletics alongside Spivey and Stripling. Bryce brings deep knowledge of the baseball training industry and drives the day-to-day operations of the physical facility.
